The whole board attended the meeting. We talked about the follwing issues:

- Equipment
- Practices
- Indoor Tournament
- Recruitment
- SM
- Caps/pants/sweaters
- Season Game Dates

- As you all know, late this fall we got together to order equipment, both for the team and for individual players. Sadly, things have gone pretty slow. Covee sent us the invoice too late, so we had to figure out how to solve the problem of getting the money from Hovedstyret. The problem is now resolved, and Eivind paid for the equipment this weekend. So now the equipment will arrive as soon as it passes through customs. Also, we will order equipment one more time before the season as HS supports new baseballs and an L-screen this year. Ida is responsible for arranging an equipment meeting when it is time to make our new order.

- David is now responsible for the practices. He will be in charge of all Sunday practices, which we are very happy for because of his experience and knowledge of many drills. The wednesday practices will be a rotation where Ida, Eivind, Sven and David will take turns being the coach. All practices will now include warm-up, stretching and strength/agility training in addition to baseball-specific drills. E-mails shall be sent out before each practice by the responsible coach, and we want everyone to reply to the e-mail so the coach knows how many people he/she can expect.

- The team will sadly not attend the indoor tournament in Fredrikstad this coming weekend. Some players could go, but since we couldn't field a whole team, noone will go. We hope to be able to attend other tournaments in the future.

- Recruitment. We have a plan of hosting a big four-day recruitment event as soon as the snow melts and we can play outdoors. This event will consist of "blæsting" at Gløshaugen and Dragvoll campuses, a social softball tournament and party, and a baseball practice. We hope that Andy Johnson or some other resourceful person from the Federation can come to Trondheim and help us. To plan for this event, David and Andrea from the board are responsible, and will find 1-2 other persons from the team to make a committee. - SM. We will be hosting a Student Championship of baseball this fall. We will be inviting BI and hopefully newly formed teams from other schools in Norway. Eivind and Ida are responsible for forming and leading a committee planning this event. If you are interested in helping here, please e-mail one of them.

- Caps/pants/sweats. We will be ordering new caps which the team members can buy. We also want to buy sweaters and maybe also pants so when we go to games we will come in "uniform". Ida is responsible for this, and invited the board to a seperate meeting regarding this on Wednesday, March 4th at 7PM.

- We have told the federation the dates on which we can play games this season. We have suggested playing games in Trondheim one of the two first weekends of May, in Oslo 13-14 June and in Oslo after the 17th of August.
