A "5-a-side" cricket tournament was organized by NTNUI Cricket Group on 3rd March 2012. A total of 8 teams participated in this tournament. It was a well fought tournament with a lot of thrilling matches. At the end, "Salah-Ud-Din Knights" stood out and was crowned the "5-a-side" champion.

Cricket Group within NTNUI is organizing a five-a-side Cricket Tournament at Dragvoll Idrettsbygget on Saturday, 3rd March, 2012. Just gather five mates and come and compete for the first of its kind organization by NTNUI Cricket Group.

NTNUI Cricket Club has confirmed its first-ever participation in an official tournament by registering in T20 tournament to be held in Oslo during the months of July and August.
